Department of Fine Arts and technical drawing
Department of Fine arts and architecture was founded in 1979, is a part of the Faculty of creative specialties and is a graduating Department of the bachelors on a speciality 5В010700-«The Fine arts and plotting».
The Department is headed by Ussupov Mukhtar Myrzakhanovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, a graduate of Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute.
At the Department the teachers conduct research work on the problem of training teachers of Art and drawing of the new formation. Published more than 180 articles, published a number of methodical manuals and monographs. Teachers of the Department actively participate in the Republican and International scientific-practical conferences, exhibitions and competitions.
Students of the speciality «Fine arts and drawing» actively take part in the social life of the Institute.
So, for example, in March, 2010 students Kuzdeubayev A., and Мakhambetov D. won the team's First place on the THIRD Republican Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty. The same success reached students K. Abdukadirova and Shaikheslamova D. won the 1st place at the IV-the Republican Olympiad in 2011-2012 academic year under the leadership of associate Professor of the Department of М.Dzhnayeva.

In 1989-1994 Ussupov Mukhtar Myrzakhanovich studied in Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute. After graduation from the Institute he entered the post-graduate course on a speciality 050101-«Applied Geometry and Engineering Graphics» at Zhambyl Hydro- melioration and construction Institute.
In 2004 he defended his thesis for Candidate’s degree in Technical Sciences at the Kazakh National Technical University named after К.Satpayev on specialty 050101-«Engineering Geometry and Computer Graphics».
He worked as an assistant, teacher, head of the Department in TarSU named after М. Dulati and Taraz Innovative University for the Humanities. He is the author of 3 inventions and 2 monographs and more than 20 scientific articles.
